Q. Where/How to buy?

A. Email "shoesee88@yahoo.com to order we can 

  1. Mail thru post office OR 

  2. Arrange meet up in DB, Central or Tung Chung.

Q. How long will the shipping take?
A. 1-2 days

Q. Do you ship overseas?

A. At the moment, we only do it within Hong Kong.

 

Q. How do i Pay?

A. 1. HSBC direct bank deposit, then scan us the slip

Q. What size to get if in between size?
A.  If you're in between sizes, previous customers have suggested taht going size up is the best option.

Q. Shipping Fee?
A. Free delivery in Hong Kong . (Mail thru Hong Kong post office without insurance / tracking. )
 

Q. Do you take return/exchange?

A. If the product you have received is the wrong size. Please email ShoeSee88@yahoo.com to notify us of the problem. Send it back to us with postage paid envelope and we will send out the new size.
There is no return/exchange if you simply change your mind on the product you have ordered.
All postage costs are responsibility of the buyer unless fault is on behalf of ShoeSee.
